The attitude: somebody must lead, this person is leading, and the only way we get somewhere is to hitch up and pull together. Any direction and action are better than none. Could you stop slowing us down with dissent and questions?
There is a surety from intentional blindness in acceptance beyond reason.
It is beyond reason because it is circular logic, a self-proving tautology that refuses external consideration as valid. The comfort found within is contradictory, which isolates people into a peer network of equal absurdity.

This chained pair is inseparable.
If we avoid responsibility, situations devolve into chaos, and if we claim control but do not delegate responsibility, negligent entropy ensues.
Extreme ownership, either refusing responsibility or taking control, are possible, but at the extremes lies resentment.
The question remains if a committed cadre can communally disperse responsibility while retaining control.

Ideology, politics, philosophy, or religion work to redirect bodily energy (fleshly, libidinal desire) into grand tasks, but one must always return to the body.
In beliefs, you can transgress (or backslide) into primordial alignment: carnality, gluttony, or sloth. But even if you are a paragon of discipline till the end, your flesh takes the vengeance of death: your will versus the body’s ultimate return.
The question remains if the "grand task" is worth the suffering effort. Is the fight perpetual, with an always deferred victory requiring more effort? If so, you haveyou’ren not pleasure, but pain and named its purpose.

You are obligated to do something unpleasant, so you turn it into a chore or task.
Your body notices the stress and amplifies it.
The trap is to remain yourself while under this excessive strain: to be authentic, kind, and empathetic, to be reasonable and open instead of the tight, narrow thing your body wants you to become.

Perhaps it takes courage to be disliked.
However, exhaustion provokes the same response: your core authenticity is exposed and governs your interactions without politeness.
Exposing your needs over niceties can appear as courage and empower you to be more fully yourself.
Courage arrives late: courage comes after the act and after the proving, but once there, it can aid you in the future.

People become things through elevation: as we separate ourselves from a laborer, he becomes a function, a means-to-an-end, and a tool. Objectification occurs through difference.
You can work to flatten and disperse your relating.
°
Believing in an institution empowers it, making it more credible. As you turn its edicts into dictates, you further enable its authority.
A reversal occurs: for the sake of our goals, we are captured by the thing we created, aligning ourselves under it, renouncing our agency to shape it, and proclaiming it should shape all.
°
My buddy can manifest. However, he is frustrated when others resist alignment with his desires.
Manifestation must be a powerful head trip. The danger is to use it as a tool: to bend the mystery of summoning into a transactional demand is contrary to the spirit of the source.

It takes pain over time to become courageous. Mostly we don’t want to change; we want relief.Yet, there is a threshold of despair from which cowardice costs too much.
The goal is to reduce the time it takes to react until you are spontaneous: you courageously avoid long-term pain and temporary relief.
