If you do not get what you want out of a situation, you may be unreasonable (unrealistic), which should be tested through more conditions until a pattern emerges. But most of us stay servile and complacent: accepting of the status quo.
What you miss out on is the beautiful fullness of being you to the extreme, knowing your worth not just internally but in society, and being appreciated for it.

Mistakes cost you 3 or 4 times
°
1–2 minutesA mistake costs you three times, sometimes four.
The first time you do it and mess up, the second time is taking it apart, and the third time is putting it back together properly.
The fourth time is when you need to gather more materials after ruining some. - Theme: Systems
Hiding in simplicity
°
1–2 minutesTo conflate profundity with complexity is common, but what if profound solutions are simple yet have infinite depth?

To be more productive, stop
°
1–2 minutesAlways stop in the middle of a project and go for a walk, don’t power through and reward yourself when you are done.
This does 2 things:
1. it allows your subconscious to work on the problem.
2. you get some perspective.Never fear: You will wish to continue the project when you get back. This is known as the Ovsiankina Effect.

Life is challenge
°
1–2 minutesYou can have a good day, even when it begins poorly; more profoundly, maybe the only way to have a good day is to face a challenge first.
Our life is challenge, it is problem solving; without it we would have no purpose. So, approach it well.

Talking it out
°
1–2 minutesIf I can talk about something (anything) it goes much further much quicker than even writing it down.
I thought journaling was a super-power, but talking through anything is twice as powerful.
