    We are seduced away from being by becoming.

    Becoming is a process based on the future in which we will always be something better when we get there. We are working through our days for an eventual payoff, such as the present moment, which we are busy neglecting.

    Everything depends on how you look at it, not what it is.
    This is a reversal of objective reality for subjective truth. By determining your attitude you reorient, but it appears to alter the fixed outcomes of reality.

    We don’t often really consider what we do before we do it. We simply do things.

    If we stop to consider the best next step, it may be absolutely nothing.


  • Theme:

    Being good stops you from being whole

    To be good, you don the armor and obligations of a knight. It is heavy, cumbersome, and ill serves you in quicksand.
    Instead, try to be a whole person: not fragmented or in need of being held together by the steel bands of affirmation.

    Shedding the concept of “good” frees you to be what you naturally are anyway: effortlessly good.
